This shadowbox piece is completed using watercolor paper, resin, and black fabric. The koi fish and lily pads levitate off the shadowbox and are suspended with foam board holding up each piece.

The black fabric imitates waves. Koi fish are a symbol of perseverance, strength, good fortune, and transformation.
